So..this is weird for me to be writing, but it's really for my lovely wife, Emily. It's for anybody else too, but your opinion is not as important as hers is! Ha! I'll start by telling you about the name of my new blog and how it came about. I have two sons, Jack who is two and a half, and Joey who is 10 months. Jack is quite the little character, and he loves to be told stories. The funny part is, he will tell you most of the story...and then say in a begging tone..."Please hear me that story." Only it comes out..."Pease heaw me dat towy." I love that boy. It's so fun to hear him talk about a seemingly small trip to go to the park and play, but he will ask me to tell him the story of when we went to the park...after he describes it to me first. He does this mostly with Emily, but with me too.
It's not just fun things that he wants to hear the story of either. He will describe the time that he got sent to his room for throwing a fit, and how he slammed the door and started throwing toys at the door. "Then, mine daddy come in mine woom....AND PANK ME A BIG ONE!!!!! Pease heaw me dat towy Daddy." I laugh and say..."You just told me the story buddy." Anyway, that's the story of the blog name.
